About Me

What drives meaningful change in our lives?

This question has long fascinated me—first in my own personal journey, and later, as I trained to support others navigating their own paths to change. I came to realise that the desire for change doesn’t always lead to the outcomes we hope for, and that transformation often requires more than just intention or effort.

My professional training reflects a deep commitment to understanding this process. I hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Art Therapy, having studied at some of the UK’s leading institutes.

In addition to my core training, I have undertaken specialist study in trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, as well as in working with disordered eating.

My practice is grounded in a blend of attachment-based, relational, existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive/neuroscientific perspectives. I’m continually learning and evolving, integrating new insights to better support those I work with.
