About Me

I have long been both curious and passionate in finding out what it is that helps us bring about change in our lives. My search initially centred on seeking change in my own life and later, I trained as a therapist so that I could help others who, perhaps like myself, had discovered that the pursuit of change did not always bring about the desired change.

I have studied at some of the most esteemed Institutes in the UK with a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Art Therapy.

I have further specialist training in working with trauma (EMDR and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy), as well as disordered eating.

I continually seek to update and integrate my learning and draw particularly from attachment/relational, existential, psychodynamic and also cognitive/neuroscientific approaches.
