About Me

I have long been both curious and passionate about what it is that brings about change and although change may not always be easy, it is possible.

I trained at some of the most esteemed Institutes in the UK and hold a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Art Therapy. I continually seek to update and integrate my learning and draw particularly from attachment/relational, existential, psychodynamic and also cognitive/neuroscientific approaches.

In addition to my core trainings I have further specialist training in working with disordered eating and trauma (EMDR therapy and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy).
