COACHING

For when insight is no longer the issue — action is.

Therapy gives people clarity: why they react the way they do, where certain patterns come from, what drives their choices.
But clarity doesn’t automatically lead to change.

Many people reach a point where they think:

“I understand myself better — but I still don’t know how to live from that understanding.”

Coaching is the space where we work with that gap.

It’s not about techniques, productivity, or reinventing yourself.
It’s about taking what you already know internally and finding ways to act from that place more consistently.

Where coaching helps most

Coaching is useful when you want to:

There’s no push to be a different person.
It’s about becoming more yourself in the parts of life that actually matter.

How coaching differs from therapy

Therapy looks at what shaped your patterns.
Coaching looks at what happens when those patterns meet your current life.

Coaching sessions are:

Therapy helps you understand the “why.”
Coaching helps you work out the “how.”

How I work

We pay attention to:

No scripts, no formulas, no “boundary techniques.”
Just a space to move from insight to action in a way that feels honest and sustainable.

Who coaching is for

Coaching is a good fit if you:

If you’re unsure whether coaching or therapy is right for you, we can talk it through — most people know within a few minutes.
