COACHING
For when insight is no longer the issue — action is.
Therapy gives people clarity: why they react the way they do, where certain patterns come from, what drives their choices.
But clarity doesn’t automatically lead to change.
Many people reach a point where they think:
“I understand myself better — but I still don’t know how to live from that understanding.”
Coaching is the space where we work with that gap.
It’s not about techniques, productivity, or reinventing yourself.
It’s about taking what you already know internally and finding ways to act from that place more consistently.
Where coaching helps most
Coaching is useful when you want to:
- show up in relationships in a way that feels more grounded and accurate
- make decisions from your own sense of what fits, rather than from habit or pressure
- understand the moments where you slip back into old patterns
- follow through on things you already know matter to you
- navigate dating, connection, or transitions without losing yourself
- apply insight in real-life situations, rather than only in your head
There’s no push to be a different person.
It’s about becoming more yourself in the parts of life that actually matter.
How coaching differs from therapy
Therapy looks at what shaped your patterns.
Coaching looks at what happens when those patterns meet your current life.
Coaching sessions are:
- more present-tense
- more focused on choices and behaviour
- less about exploring the origin story and more about what’s happening now
- oriented toward small, realistic shifts that feel natural rather than forced
Therapy helps you understand the “why.”
Coaching helps you work out the “how.”
How I work
We pay attention to:
- what happens inside you when you’re about to make a choice
- the moments where old patterns override what you actually want
- the internal signals you tend to ignore or override
- what helps you act from your own sense of rightness
No scripts, no formulas, no “boundary techniques.”
Just a space to move from insight to action in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
Who coaching is for
Coaching is a good fit if you:
- have done personal work (with me or elsewhere) and want to apply it
- feel ready to move forward rather than dig further back
- want a clearer sense of direction in relationships or life
- are looking for support that is practical but still deep
If you’re unsure whether coaching or therapy is right for you, we can talk it through — most people know within a few minutes.
